The ISK learning community is highly supportive of staff development initiatives.  Teaching faculty, along with committee members, are encouraged to engage in action research projects for the benefit of the school. The following are a sample of such projects.

Goal: Establish a sustainable peer coaching culture at ISK with best practices.


A Day In The Life Of: Begun Spring 2007

Chief Researchers: Curriculum Committee (Chair: Agata Metzler, Members: Sherri Humphrey, Chris Ladd, Erica Mazzeo)

Goal: Oversee the structure and functionality of the curriculum for students in order to maximize the positive impact of each child's school experience.
