The International School of Krakow also offers the SAT ® I and II exams. These exams will have open admission, meaning outside students may register for SAT® exams at ISK.

The SAT® exams are produced by the College Board, a not-for-profit membership association. For more information on the SAT® exams, please visit the CollegeBoard SAT website. The College Board Number for ISK is 783930, and the test center code is 59-127.

ISK is a partner of the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA), and uses the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) standardized testing tool in Grades 3 through 9.

The MAP test is a computer based adaptive assessment: the student takes the test on the computer, and it adjusts its level of difficulty based on the responses of the student. Test performance is measured in the RIT scale, an equal- interval scale that is a stable unit of measurement that is not dependent on a student’s grade level. The result is an accurate analysis of a student’s instructional level, and detailed information for students, teachers, parents and the school.

The NWEA is a not-for-profit research organization with over 30 years of experience. The NWEA is dedicated to improving student assessment tools to help guide learning for all students. More information can be found on the NWEA website:
